Terms of Use

These terms form an agreement between you and Karlinn Labs OÜ (registry code 17564824, Karu tn 17, Tallinn 10120, Estonia) covering the Antreprendør iOS app and this website. By using either, you accept them.
Subscription and billing
The app requires a paid subscription after a 3-day free trial. Plans are offered weekly, monthly or yearly and renew automatically through your Apple ID. Apple charges you at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, and charges each renewal period in the same way. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its own policies.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the app on devices you own or control. The app and its content remain our property.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app, do not abuse or disrupt the service or other users, and do not use it for any unlawful purpose.
Your content
The data you enter belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It is a productivity tool and is not professional, medical, legal or financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached. We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Harju County, Estonia. Questions: ateeq@karlinnlabs.com.
