Privacy Policy

Antreprendør ("the App") is operated by Karlinn Labs OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia.

Karlinn Labs OÜ is the data controller for personal data processed through the App. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have.

2.1 Account and identity

The App does not require an email address or password to start. When you first open it we create an anonymous account identifier for your device. During setup you choose:

• A public handle (username)
• Optionally, a profile photo

To access the app after subscribing, you must link your Apple or Google account. This is required to save your progress across devices. We then receive the email address and account identifier associated with it.

2.2 Information you enter about yourself

• Reminders, tasks, promises, hobbies and training days you set up
• Bill and recurring-payment reminders (the reminder itself — we do not collect payment card details or bank information)
• Areas of life you tell us you are struggling with during onboarding

2.3 Information you enter about other people

The App lets you save the names and dates (such as birthdays and anniversaries) of people in your life so it can remind you. This is personal data about someone else. We use it for one purpose only — generating your reminders. We never contact those people, never use their details for marketing, profiling or advertising.

2.4 Progress and scoring data

• Completions and misses of your reminders
• Your Score across the four pillars, and your overall Score
• DØR balance and transaction ledger
• Streaks, rank and standing

2.5 Leaderboard — publicly visible data

If you take part in the leaderboard, your handle, profile photo and Score are visible to other users of the App. You can hide your photo at any time in Settings. Do not choose a handle or photo you are not comfortable showing publicly.

2.6 Subscription and purchase data

Antreprendør is a paid subscription app. Payment is taken by Apple, not by us. We never see or store your card number, billing address or payment credentials. Through our subscription provider we receive: which product you bought, your trial and renewal status, whether the subscription is active, cancelled or expired, and an anonymous purchase identifier.

2.7 Reports you submit

If you report another user's handle or photo, we store the report, who submitted it and what it relates to, so we can review and act on it.

2.8 Technical data

Device type, operating system version, App version, and diagnostic or crash information.

Antreprendør uses Google Gemini, an AI service made by Google, to personalise your daily notifications. When you allow this during setup or in Settings, your first name, tasks due today, pillar scores (0-100), and days since your last log are sent to Google's servers to generate your notification messages. No other data is sent. You can turn this off at any time in Settings > Notifications > AI personalised notifications. When you enter another person's name or date into the App, you are responsible for making sure you are entitled to do so. Please only enter details of people you have a genuine personal relationship with, and only the minimum needed for the reminder. If someone asks you to remove their details, delete the relevant reminder — or contact us and we will help. This data is stored only to serve your reminders and is deleted with your account.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it for advertising. We use the following service providers, who process data on our instructions under written data processing agreements:

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims.

Some of our providers are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or on the provider's certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, together with appropriate technical safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest.

• Account, reminders, Score, photo, handle — while your account exists.
• If you delete your account — removed from our live systems immediately, and from routine backups within 30 days.
• Reports of other users — up to 12 months after the report is closed, so we can spot repeat behaviour.
• Purchase and tax records — 7 years, as Estonian accounting law requires.

Open the App, go to Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. This permanently deletes your account, your reminders, your Score history, your DØR ledger, your handle, your photo and your leaderboard entry. It cannot be undone.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel that separately in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Apple will keep billing you.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Database access is restricted per user through row-level security, so one user's records cannot be read by another. Profile photos are held in a private storage bucket. There are no passwords in this App, which removes a common source of account compromise. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these measures seriously and review them.

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; correct it; delete it; restrict how we process it; object to processing based on legitimate interests; receive a portable copy; and withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

Antreprendør is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has used the App, email us and we will delete the account.

In the last 12 months we have collected the following categories under the CCPA/CPRA: identifiers (anonymous ID, handle, email if you link an account); commercial information (subscription and purchase history); internet or device activity (App version, diagnostics); visual information (profile photo, if you upload one); and inferences drawn from your own activity (your Score and rank).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the past 12 months. We do not knowingly sell the personal information of anyone under 16.

You have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, to request correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Use Settings → Delete Account, or email privacy@karlinnlabs.com.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. For significant changes we will notify you in the App before they take effect.
