Privacy Policy

• An account identifier. Accounts are anonymous by default; an Apple or Google identity is linked only if you choose to sign in with one.
• Your chosen display name.
• An optional profile photo and an optional email address.
• The reminders and tasks you create — people, dates, chores, training schedule and promises.
• Completion activity: what you marked done and when.
• Score, streak and in-app currency, which are derived from that activity.
• Device-level analytics events such as app opens and feature usage.
• Your subscription status.

We do not access your contacts, we do not collect location, and we do not use advertising identifiers. We do not sell personal data and we do not show ads.

• Supabase — hosted database and authentication, with EU-compliant processing.
• RevenueCat — subscription management.
• Apple — payment processing. We never see your payment details.

Notifications are scheduled on your device and are not routed through our servers.

We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the app), on the basis of legitimate interest (analytics used to improve the product), and on the basis of your consent where consent is required.

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. The app includes a Delete Account option that permanently erases your data from our servers and from the device. You can also email us to exercise your GDPR rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection.

The service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this policy; the date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be communicated in the app. If you have a concern, write to ateeq@karlinnlabs.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, AKI).
